From the first conversation, I was impressed with David’s passion and enthusiasm. He wanted to help me find my ideal position at the ideal company not just another “job”. I was intrigued but I wasn’t sure he could help me. I thought I had a solid application and solid interview skills. I was sceptical that his program could help but I decided to listen to him. I am forever grateful I did. 

David worked with me over a period of three months, starting with defining my ideal position and the ideal work culture. From there, he helped me look for companies and/or positions, even if there were no postings, he encouraged me to apply and taught me how to show my value. He gave me exercises to improve my resume and write an eye catching cover letter. The call backs increased and soon I received an interview request for a company I really wanted to work with. David provided a clear methodology for interview preparation including creating answers with stand out examples. 

I felt a confidence I hadn’t felt before during an interview. I was polished, prepared and genuine. They offered me a position and the rest is history! Thanks to David, I’ve found my people! I couldn’t be happier after 7 months in my new career. David’s method was instrumental in my successful career hunt! I would recommend him to anyone who’d like a career upgrade!
